GMCS Snow Day = AWANA Snow Day

There is NO AWANA TONIGHT - Wednesday, February 07, 2024

AWANA will resume February 14

DON'T FORGET THE GRAND PRIX!!!  

SATURDAY - FEB 10:  Workday

All children interested in building a car can come get some help with cutting and painting.  Bring your parents and come get your block of wood from 9 am-12 noon.  (Come before 11:30 so you have time to get something done). 

FRIDAY - FEB 24:  ALL cars must be here by 5:30 PM for wheel installation

(leaders we need you from 5-8 for set-up)

SATURDAY - FEB 25:  Race registration starts at 9:00 AM   

(leaders check-in/registration starts at 8:00am)

Snow Day Policy:

Basically:  No School = No AWANA

When Gallup McKinley County Schools cancels in-person school due to the weather than AWANA is canceled.  (On a Wednesday, obviously).  If it starts snowing later in the day we will announce by 4pm if AWANA needs to be cancelled.
